Ran a few search terms and found nothing but merge if someone beat me to it. This is GREAT news! No more forcing guys to leave the branch at a certain time with their trucks half loaded, bans on extra trips and overtime. And if a branch wants a sorting machine back, DeMisery has to comply! :D

Postmaster General Louis DeJoy was ordered by a court to halt operational changes at the U.S. Postal Service that triggered fear of a botched tally of mail-in ballots during the presidential election, Washington state’s attorney general said.
A federal judge in Yakima, Wash., granted a nationwide injunction sought by several states that had accused DeJoy, a longtime Republican donor, of implementing changes that could delay delivery of time-sensitive absentee ballots and undermine confidence in election results in November, Attorney General Bob Ferguson said in a tweet. Voting by mail rather than in person is expected to surge because of the pandemic.
The states allege that DeJoy’s changes, including removal of mail-sorting machines and mailboxes, were made without proper regulatory approval. They also suggest the changes were curiously timed during a pandemic that is expected to lead to a record number of mailed ballots.

A federal judge on Thursday tore into the Trump administration and Postmaster General Louis DeJoy for using the United States Postal Service as “a tool in partisan politics” and instituting changes that the judge found would disenfranchise voters and diminish confidence in the upcoming elections.

The 13-page preliminary injunction from U.S. District Judge Stanley Bastian, which put a nationwide hold on Postal Service policies that have slowed service, backed up Democrats’ harshest assertions and dismissed DeJoy’s protests that he’s simply seeking to make the agency more efficient.

“Although not necessarily apparent on the surface, at the heart of DeJoy’s and the Postal Service’s actions is voter disenfranchisement,” Bastian wrote, citing the President’s own statements and “the actual impact of the changes on primary elections that resulted in uncounted ballots.”

This is a straight up attempt at election cheating by the Orange Menace and his installed stooge. Made crystal clear by the judge's ruling. Combine this with the suit to keep voters in PA from using drop boxes for their mail-in ballots and all the other nefarious things the GOP is doing nationwide to suppress the votes of certain demographics and you have the POT (party of Trump) engaging in unprecedented efforts to subvert democracy.

Wow, implement a “scheme” to discourage Democrats from illegally influencing the election…brilliant.

NO changes were made....

The failure was in the people not properly collecting and delivering the ballots.. This shows the systemic problems the new director was trying to fix...

IT WAS A DEMOCRAT PRIMARY.....

This is nothing but a partisan ploy as no machines were removed from service. The only change made was to enable postmarks on all political mail and voting mail.. This slows the system down a bit due to mail volume. SO now this judge seeks to end the postmark on ballots so that ballot harvesting can run unimpeded...

Emergency injunction filing has already been sent to the appellate court and to SCOTUS as this directly affects a FEDERAL ELECTION... Look for it to be overturned by next week at the latest.

Lawyers are explaining to DeJoy why he will probably have prison sex in his life soon.

DeMisery is a corrupt crook who has already profited in the millions from these actions.
Good to see he and his Orange Mob Boss get bitch slapped! :)

No extra money for post office to be able to carry off the hoax and cheat
