Jordan Peterson on the Failure of Marxism

Why does a new generation have to relearn history.

I know, poor education from a government system that refuses to teach our history and the importance of the Constitution

In before:

Oh, but THIS TIME.....we'll do it RIGHT.
:laughing0301:

Everywhere else failed and 70 million people died because they didn't have the right formula. Today's commies are more sophisticated and can implement their goose-stepping in a way that DOESN'T stifle any and all incentives to be productive.

Funny, this is EXACTLY the argument conservatives use to justify running back to the same failed policies year after year without coming up with any new ideas.
But this time, we're doing it, so it will be done right...and back to supply side economics we go. An example you say?

So why do you love Marxism?

Peterson is quite impressive and has a lot to contribute to present debate. It is unfortunate that those too far right seem to have adopted him and, because of that, the too far left vilifies him.
We need voices such as his, but they are either drowned out or overwhelmed by the extremists.
There is great need for change if the society we have arrived at is to continue and thrive. The ways of the past are not the avenues to the future. "Capitalism" is a myth, not a real "ism". It will solve or save nothing. Marx was a thinker who had a few points to contribute, but what became known as "Marxism" is void of value. We need new thinking, new ideas, and the capacity to integrate whatever works into the fabric of our collective well being.

It's too bad Marxists have taken over the Ivy League schools in order to divide the country with its incessant hatred of this nation's founders. The bloodbath ahead will shock most of those inured into Marxism without knowing the price of dictating the freedoms we have out of existence. Joe Biden the extortionist gone dementia or Alsheimer's and the in-your-face Democrat Party planning on using him to insert their Marxist appointee into the White House is completely abhorrent to those of us who were raised as free people who never had to fear government.

Thanks for your civil post, but it's a little difficult to talk to 100% pure hatred as reflected best by Nancy Pelosi's tearing up of President Trump's speech like the spoiled brat she is with her little stunt of giving out gold pens commemorating and celebrating the impeachment she and other deep staters planned before his inauguration. She enjoyed the fact her party took millions of dollars to harass the President with for 3 solid years culminating in the fake impeachment based on none of the facts that showed President Trump innocent of her Party's failure to win the Presidency. It's sickening to watch her revel in her latest assault on the executive branch like Cruella DeVille.

Brilliant guy. Hope he recovers soon.

He's apparently out of rehab and has done a few interviews in the last week or so.

Lol, really?

I see your Stalinist Russia and raise you one Reaganomics? Not gonna cut it, I'm afraid. We're about eight digits worth of starvation and gulag deaths short of a valid equivalency.

When did you stop beating your dog?

Do you think you're leadership and get all the perks or are you the first group rounded up for being a traitor?
