Joe Biden Just Got Some Very Bad News

So you don't think it is dangerous to vaporize U-238 and inhale it into your body?

I don't think U-238 is dangerously radioactive. In fact, it's used as radiation shielding.

Inhaling heavy metals is never a good idea, despite your ignorance about radioactivity.

Enrichment is not a process of just sorting out the heavier isotopes, but also making them heavier by bombardment with alpha, beta, or gamma particles in a reactor.

Enrichment is when U-235 is separated from U-238.
Enrichment never involves making an element heavier.
Enrichment never involves bombarding an element with neutrons or alpha particles.

How dangerously radioactive is U-238?

Half as dangerous as I-135? 100th? 1,000,000th?

Wrong. U-238 is very dangerous to inhale once vaporized. The fact there are things more dangerous, does not matter.

Enrichment is NOT just a filtering process refining the most reactive isotopes from less reactive ore.
For example, the enrichment of plutonium is created by bombardment in a reactor, to make the isotope heavier.

{...
Plutonium was first synthetically produced and isolated in late 1940 and early 1941, by a deuteron bombardment of uranium-238 in the 1.5-metre (60 in) cyclotron at the University of California, Berkeley. First, neptunium-238 (half-life 2.1 days) was synthesized, which subsequently beta-decayed to form the new element with atomic number 94 and atomic weight 238 (half-life 88 years). Since uranium had been named after the planet Uranus and neptunium after the planet Neptune, element 94 was named after Pluto, which at the time was considered to be a planet as well. Wartime secrecy prevented the University of California team from publishing its discovery until 1948.

Plutonium is the element with the highest atomic number to occur in nature. Trace quantities arise in natural uranium-238 deposits when uranium-238 captures neutrons emitted by decay of other uranium-238 atoms.

Both plutonium-239 and plutonium-241 are fissile, meaning that they can sustain a nuclear chain reaction, leading to applications in nuclear weapons and nuclear reactors. Plutonium-240 exhibits a high rate of spontaneous fission, raising the neutron flux of any sample containing it.
...}

So U-238 was bombarded and turned into the heavier Pu-239, 240, and 241, which are all heavier and more fissile.

Do you have an actual link to this report, or is this just something else you pulled out of your ass?

This is the link to the IAEA News Page, and I don't see any such report mentioned:

This the the lead story dated August 27th - Friday:

There is no mention of Iran or it's production of enriched uranium on this organization's home page.
If you are going to ask somebody for a link to something, You need to so it a lot sooner than about 3 MONTHS after the thing was written.

As for your research on this, I sure wouldn't hire you to do research. The reports of
the 7,145 pounds of total enriched uranium (16 times over the limit of the 2015 deal) are all over the place.

So is lead.
Neither one of them is dangerously radioactive.

Enrichment is NOT just a filtering process refining the most reactive isotopes from less reactive ore.

Enrichment is increasing the percentage of U-235, not refining the ore.

Why do you keep confusing enrichment with transmutation? Is it because you're stupid?

According to the IAEA, Iran was abiding by the NPT until Trump imposed sanctions.
And it would not really matter anyway if they did or not, because nuclear weapons can only be used as a deterrent, since first strike attempt would ensure the destruction of whomever attempted that.
Nuclear weapons CAN be used by Islamic lunatic countries who value their insane Koranic ideology, over their own lives. Mutual deterrent does not exist in this secario.
Thus is why nuclear power attainment is so dangerous in the case of Iran.

That, and the fact that they basically said Israel should be wiped off of the Earth.

That is inappropriate.
Trump ended that agreement negotiated by Obama.
There was to be no IAEA inspections after that.
So there is no way that anyone can tell what Iran has been doing since Trump ended the agreement.
{...
President Donald Trump signs a document reinstating sanctions against Iran after announcing the U.S.'s withdrawal from the Iran nuclear deal, on May 8, 2018, in the Diplomatic Reception Room at the White House in Washington, D.C.
...}
There is no way to tell how much enriched uranium Iran has or if they are making uranium metals.
The inspections were a joke since Iran made all their military bases off limits.

Barry was told to bend over and grab his ankles by the Mullahs, and he did.
