Hussein’s homestretch strategy is Jobs & Jibes. He’ll lie about jobs while his surrogates concentrate on jibes.

It is absurd for anyone to believe unemployment fell below 8% (plummeted in some reports). The people telling the lie don’t believe unemployment is 7.8%, but like every liar that ever lived they make the mistake of thinking their lies are believed. Real unemployment is above 11% —— well above 11% and rising in the private sector. Even if a true number was available it would not tell the story. In Hussein’s Administration the agenda is the story.

Secretary of Labor Hilda L. Solis carried the ball on this one. She threw the 7.8% Hail Mary pass to save Hussein although she swears the number is accurate.

Solis is another one of Hussein’s vile women. She is known for being an environmental freakazoid. She authored the Green Jobs Act when she was in Congress. Solyndra is one of her notable success stories.

Solis was for socialized medicine long before Pelosi rammed the Affordable Care Act through the House.

Solis’ entire adult life, going back to the Carter Administration, has been a parasite’s fantasy come true. The fact that the Senate confirmed a secretary of labor who is committed to creating millions of tax dollar jobs highlights the extent of the sickness crippling this country.

NOTE: If there is a war on women I sure as hell hope somebody declares war on Hussein’s filthy females like Hilda L. Solis.

Ceilings and floors

For decades 5% was the acceptable PRIVATE SECTOR unemployment rate. No serious unemployment number for the public sector was ever calculated because tax dollar parasites are never unemployed; nor were government jobs in education outsourced. Ditto jobs in unnecessary and/or bloated bureaucracies. Once you are seated at the public trough you are there for life. Nothing has changed since the 1950s except the 5% number.

Five percent was far too low because it conflicted with welfare state goals. Hussein’s agenda calls for a permanent 10% unemployed private sector. The significant change is that 5% was a ceiling; whereas, Hussein’s 10% is a floor.

Now, let’s look at Hillarycare II assuming it is repealed as promised. How will Democrats spin the immediate loss of Pelosi’s four-hundred-thousand tax dollar jobs included in Solis’ 7.8%?

Answer: President Romney will be blamed for unemployment across the board.

Now, go the other way and say Hillarycare II is not repealed. The question becomes: Why are Democrats demanding death panels when at least FOUR MILLION tax dollar jobs are being created to improve healthcare?

Obama adviser admits: ‘We need death panels’

Finally, why hire four million more parasites to kill the elderly? Surely, the aged, the infirm, and the unwanted can be disposed of cheaper than that. I’m pretty sure a quarter of a million “healthcare professionals” can easily man enough gas chambers and crematories to get the job done. The truth is: Pregnancy and old age are major problems in a culture of death. Females keep getting pregnant and human beings keep getting old.

I don’t see this one going anywhere:

The Supreme Court’s decision to uphold the individual mandate within the Obama health-care law seemed to be the last word in a fierce legal fight.

But on Monday, the Supreme Court ordered the Justice Department to respond to a suit filed by Liberty Counsel on behalf of Liberty University. The school contends both the individual and employer mandates are unconstitutional on the grounds that they infringe upon the freedom of religious expression.

It’s Hussein’s JD! You can bet that this case will never go to the High Court if Eric Holder sits on his hands, or simply says “No” to Liberty University.

Liberty Counsel Chairman Mathew Staver says no court has ever ruled on the constitutionality of the employer mandate or the religious freedom concerns. Abortion funding is at the heart of the contention that the mandates violate the right to religious expression — something Staver says he saw right away but others didn’t notice until the new government rules on mandatory contraception coverage.

The Obama administration insists there is no taxpayer funding of abortion in the laws but Staver pinpoints why he believes that position is patently false.

Obamacare on ‘fast track’ back to Supreme Court

In any event, Planned Parenthood still uses tax dollars to perform abortions; so it isn’t likely the Supreme Court will upset the Affordable Care Act over abortion funding when the 1976 Hyde Amendment barring tax dollars for abortions might just as well not have been written as far as Planned Parenthood is concerned. (The Supreme Court upheld the Hyde Amendment.)

The basic test of freedom is perhaps less in what we are free to do than in what we are free not to do. It is the freedom to refrain, withdraw and abstain which makes a totalitarian regime impossible."
but I need bit more explanation. :)

To Jefferson89: In basic terms once the government orders law-abiding citizens to purchase healthcare insurance ——or anything else —— the government is dictating behavior in a sick attempt to legislate love. Once you are punished for not doing as you are told you are not free. Put another way, every form of totalitarian government governs by denying private sector citizens the Right to refrain, withdraw, and abstain. This brief excerpt from another thread touches on the topic:

Just like every priesthood that ever was, Socialists try to make the transition from prohibiting and punishing reprehensible behavior to telling everyone how to conduct their daily lives. Socialists can, and do, get away with abolishing private property, taxing incomes, perverting the law, betraying the country, and violating the Constitution at every turn. For all of the things Socialists in government can do, they cannot govern unless they force people to do as they are told. In short: YOU MUST NOT becomes YOU MUST.

Incidentally, the healthcare mandate is only the beginning. Note the use of the word “force”:

House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer (D-Md.) said that the individual health insurance mandates included in every health reform bill, which require Americans to have insurance, were “like paying taxes.” He added that Congress has “broad authority” to force Americans to purchase other things as well, so long as it was trying to promote “the general welfare.”
