I recently turned 45 !!!
I still feel and look 35 lol

Anyways my current franchise is Down a good 20-22 percent in only 4 yrs
I have committed to it for 3 more yrs but I am not seeing much future

I am going to need a part time job when I sell it ??
Any ideas . I will be in my late 40s

My people skills are mediocre
I have zero special skills
I don’t want to work more than 30 hrs
I have no kids and about 980,000 in mutual funds

I am going to be in a bind in 4yrs
I am not buying any new franchises
??
