Was this another Fake piece of theatre to try and squeeze sympathy for Jewish people ?

Twice within the report the perp. is reported as shouting , Allah Akbar .
But the headline is a fraction different -- perhaps corrected by a smart sub editor .
Possible Red Flag ?
