The only lies being told are by Trump and his minions. Hundreds of them. Thousands in the case of Trump. His family wasn't tortured for two years. They were INVESTIGATED. The Clintons have been investigated for more than 25 years now. When you are at the highest levels of government, there is oversight on EVERYTHING you say or do. The USA has no kings, no absolute rulers. They have a system of checks and balances, not that you would know it with the Republicans.

Republicans have weaponizing Congressional oversight since Watergate. Trying to nail a Democrat for the kinds of power abuses that Nixon and the staff under Reagan were pulling while in the White House. But it's been difficult for Republicans because the last two Democrats in office haven't had any REAL scandals to go after.
