1.Begin with “Biden’s Executive Order 13985: “Advancing Racial Equity and Support for Underserved Communities Through the Federal Government.” The order begins by condemning America as home to “systemic racism” that has created “inequities” for people who have been “historically under-served, marginalized, and adversely affected by persistent poverty and inequality.” The order states that today’s “economic, health, and climate crises” have “exposed and exacerbated inequities, while a historic movement for justice has highlighted the unbearable human costs of systemic racism.”

2. Which is the American view, equality before the land, or equality of outcome?
“Always pay close attention when Progressives use terms like equity and justice. The word equity has traditionally been defined as “the quality of being fair and impartial.” The word justice has been defined as “fair and equal treatment.”
Progressives have co-opted and redefined these words so that they mean the opposite of what they once meant. One Progressive website explained the difference between equality and equity this way:
Although both promote fairness, equality achieves this through treating everyone the same regardless of need, while equity achieves this through treating people differently dependent on need. However, this different treatment may be the key to reaching equality.

3. In a company or in a society, the Progressive outcome requires some sort of redistribution. Those in higher positions must be removed, fired, volunteer to step aside, or, as the Left has historically done, shoot them or send them to concentration camps. A study of the 20th century shows that the Left is impatient for their desired results.

4. Whose ‘equality of outcome’ is demanded by the Democrats?
There are only three things important to the Democrat program, agenda.....Race, Class, and Gender.
Not liberty, not religious freedom, not prosperity, not individuality, not tranquility.
