It Started With A Father Confronting A School Board About the Rape Of His Daughter & Getting Arrested....

I'm not. I'm defending trannies. They aren't rapists.
Starting a new thread about trannies, inside a thread about a rapist, provides relief for the rapist. Let's not defend rapists like this, let's condemn them. That rapist doesn't deserve to have you defending him like this.

That wasn't a tranny most likely. Just a freak dressed up like one.
And therein lies the problem. We have made it that much easier for freaks to prey on young girls. Who could not predict that a boy might call himself a girl because it gives him unchallenged access to girls when they are vulnerable? If he's a boy, he doesn't get to go into the girls' bathroom and/or showers. If he claims to be a girl, he does and anyone who challenges him, such as these victims, will themselves be condemned.

Baloney. The school followed the law and immediately reported the assault to the police. The police took over 5 weeks to investigate before arresting the Juvie-perv. During that 5 week period the father was arrested twice for disorderly conduct by the police, not on anyone's orders but because he refused to obey the officers.
Actually after the first attack the school board moved the boy to another school where he raped the girl. The school board should be arrested.

Following the arrest on July 8, 2021, the judicial process was turned over to the Loudoun County Commonwealth’s Attorney’s Office to determine bail, or in the case of a juvenile, the continuance of detention or other legal restrictions set forth as part of court proceedings in the Loudoun County Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court.

As stated in both the current and former Memorandum of Understanding between the LCSO and Loudoun County Public Schools (LCPS), the Loudoun Sheriff’s Office is not involved in school discipline (nor the placement of students). Nevertheless, the LCSO works closely with school officials throughout all criminal investigations.

The October 6, 2021 incident at Broad Run High School did not involve complex circumstances, the arrest was immediate, and the arrest was reported to the community as information released was unlikely to disclose the identity of the victim. However, the May 28, 2021 investigation was different in that the suspect and victim were familiar with each other, the investigation was complex, and a public announcement had the potential to identify a juvenile victim.

Those procedures SHOULD be followed because a minor has protections that an adult does not have. They messed up, however, by simply removing him from one school (why would they do that if it wasn't common knowledge that he had assaulted a girl?) and just shipped him to another where he did it again. Now, the question arises, did they inform the second school of what he had done? If they did, the second school did not take precautions to make sure he didn't assault another girl, so that needs to be explored.

Basically, this reminds me of how the Catholic Church would simply re-assign priests who assaulted boys to another Church and pretend it didn't happen.

I can't disagree with that. Whomever made that decision should probably be fired, or whatever guidelines they were following were not appropriate and should be changed, imo.

The schools principle is the one who was responsible for reporting the assault, not the Superintendent. The sexual assault was reported immediately as required.

Nah that's not the problem. This story is just click bait for the culture warriors because is has the Tranny element for the outrage factor. Here, the real problem is being ignored, but stories about trannies, that's election fodder.

Doe’s complaint is one of at least 330 suits filed across the United States since the beginning of 2018 alleging that K-12 public and charter schools failed to protect students from sexual assault and harassment or mishandled incidents that came to light, according to an NBC News count based on court records.

What one defends is what one believes in.

Here's the elephant in the room. This doesn't have the culture war aspect so it will not matter, but here goes once again.

For months, her attacker’s friends tormented her. They called her a “crazy bitch” and a “porn star” on social media. One suggested that they show her “what rape actually is,” according to a lawsuit the Colorado student filed this year against her school district.

In the summer of 2017, the girl, a high school junior referred to as Jane Doe in court records, reported that she’d been sexually assaulted the previous year by a classmate, identified by the pseudonym John Smith. Smith later pleaded guilty to assault in juvenile court, and was placed on probation and required to participate in sex offender therapy. Yet throughout the 2017-18 academic year, his friends made Doe’s life miserable at Glenwood Springs High School, she says in her suit filed in the U.S. District Court of Colorado against the Roaring Fork School District.

Doe and her parents told administrators multiple times about the harassment — including that one of Smith’s friends threatened to strangle her — but the school did nothing to stop it, according to the civil complaint. Frustrated, Doe’s parents met with administrators in March 2018. When they emailed the next day to ask what steps the school had taken to protect Doe from harassment, according to the suit, an assistant principal wrote back, “the school has taken no actions.”

Rob Stein, the district’s superintendent, said he could not discuss the case due to federal privacy law. He said that Doe’s complaint offers her “side of the story,” and that “the school district always investigates incidents of sexual harassment or assault according to district policy and state law.” The lawsuit is pending.

Doesn't have that aspect? It's at the heart of the culture war ffs. Schools are rapidly becoming cesspools of perversion. You teach it and have kids read about it and then wonder why they act upon it.

But by accommodating trannies we've made it easier for rapists to operate.

Just like you have the freedom to carry a gun, even if that means you might murder an innocent person. Freedom baby! Should we ban guns because one or two nuts might murder you?

The superintendent stated he had no information any sexual assaults had occured. He lied

Get informed or bow out
The law required the Schools Principle to report the allegation to the police, not the superintendent. Regardless of what he said, the investigation was still going on on June 22nd. There was no cover up.

A tranny has the right to dress as a tranny and use the ladies room, even if that means some nut might take advantage of this, dress up as a girl and rape someone in the bathroom.

Just like I have the right to carry a gun even if my neighbor goes crazy with a gun.

Nah, the culture war is all about Trannies, Abortion, BLM/Antifa and the war on Christmas. You never hear about those cases in the 330 lawsuits, and this one will likely go away after the Virginia election is history! But it could make a cameo appearance in 2022.

It will go away NATIONALLY because our media never stays focused on the issues that really matter. It will however not go away for those locally. This is the way EVERY news story goes. Has nothing to do with a silly label

You are sick for providing cover for the rapist that this thread is about.
