Had a father not confronted the school board of the attack/ rape of his daughter, which the school board attempted to hide, a father the School board had arrested and physically removed from their meeting, they might very well have gotten away with hiding it.

God bless him and his family. I hope they are able to find solace in the justice being administered now, that they can move on from this.

Kudos to the media that did cover this, who did not let it go, and helped put pressure on the school board, that had a hand in the truth coming out.

Kudos to these kids for taking a stand, for protesting this crime and its handling.

Kudos to the police and justice system for arresting and convicting this POS punk.

Baloney. The school followed the law and immediately reported the assault to the police. The police took over 5 weeks to investigate before arresting the Juvie-perv. During that 5 week period the father was arrested twice for disorderly conduct by the police, not on anyone's orders but because he refused to obey the officers.

It's a shame if a rapist dresses up as a tranny and rapes a woman in a bathroom. Not tranny's fault.

the leftist school superintendent denied any wrong doing ... democrat males should not be allowed in girls restrooms !

Here's the elephant in the room. This doesn't have the culture war aspect so it will not matter, but here goes once again.

For months, her attacker’s friends tormented her. They called her a “crazy bitch” and a “porn star” on social media. One suggested that they show her “what rape actually is,” according to a lawsuit the Colorado student filed this year against her school district.

In the summer of 2017, the girl, a high school junior referred to as Jane Doe in court records, reported that she’d been sexually assaulted the previous year by a classmate, identified by the pseudonym John Smith. Smith later pleaded guilty to assault in juvenile court, and was placed on probation and required to participate in sex offender therapy. Yet throughout the 2017-18 academic year, his friends made Doe’s life miserable at Glenwood Springs High School, she says in her suit filed in the U.S. District Court of Colorado against the Roaring Fork School District.

Doe and her parents told administrators multiple times about the harassment — including that one of Smith’s friends threatened to strangle her — but the school did nothing to stop it, according to the civil complaint. Frustrated, Doe’s parents met with administrators in March 2018. When they emailed the next day to ask what steps the school had taken to protect Doe from harassment, according to the suit, an assistant principal wrote back, “the school has taken no actions.”

Rob Stein, the district’s superintendent, said he could not discuss the case due to federal privacy law. He said that Doe’s complaint offers her “side of the story,” and that “the school district always investigates incidents of sexual harassment or assault according to district policy and state law.” The lawsuit is pending.

Doe’s complaint is one of at least 330 suits filed across the United States since the beginning of 2018 alleging that K-12 public and charter schools failed to protect students from sexual assault and harassment or mishandled incidents that came to light, according to an NBC News count based on court records.

That wasn't a tranny most likely. Just a freak dressed up like one.
Personally I don't care what you want to call IT.

This incident is all one needs to refuse to allow a male - anyone with a penis, - from entering the women's bathroom.

No matter what IT is, he's going to jail.

Yup. Schools and school boards, overwhelmingly run by leftists from top to bottom, have a long history of covering up sex crimes. But arresting parents who complain about it is a new wrinkle invented by particularly depraved leftists like the ones in Virginia.

Phew! Thank God I misunderstood the OP, because at first I thought they were protesting the fact that the rapist got convicted, but they were protesting the school that allowed this to happen. Heroes.

School boards are elected, and they have no power to arrest anyone.

You can't be serious right now,.. somebody got raped!!! Sure, the father didn't handle it right, but the school didn't handle it all as they should have known that allowing boys to use the girl's restroom would cause this. Damn right he needs to be arrested for it.

RICHMOND, Va. (WWBT) - Changes are ahead for public school systems across Virginia to create a more inclusive environment for transgender and non-binary students.

This is a requirement at the direction of the Virginia Department of Education following legislation approved by the General Assembly in 2020.

Discussions are already happening across the Commonwealth.

Damn right he needs to be arrested for it.

He was arrested in early July for the rape of the mans daughter.
