Israeli Arabs: We Do Not Want to Live in Palestinian State

It is much easier for Palestinians to accuse Israel of racism than to admit they do not want to be part of a Palestinian state.

"This is an imaginary proposal that relates to the Arabs as if they were chess pieces that could be moved around according to the wish of the players." — Ahmed Tibi, Member of Knesset.

If the Arab Knesset members are so worried about becoming citizens of a Palestinian state, they should be working toward integration into, and not separation from, Israel, and listening more to their constituents rather than the voices of Fatah and Hamas.

Renewed talk of land swaps between Israel and a future Palestinian state has left many Israeli Arabs worried about losing their status as citizens of Israel.

According to the Israeli daily Ma'ariv, Israel has proposed to the Americans transferring Israeli Arab communities to the Palestinian Authority as part of a land swap that would place Jewish settlements in the West Bank under Israeli sovereignty.

I remember a couple of years ago the Israeli Arabs petitioned the Knesset not to give land away as they didn't want to live under Sharia Law.

I think they are smart enough to realize that they have it much better in Israel than they would in any other Arab country. However, Mr. Tinmore no doubt disagrees with them and wants Israel to be obliterated so that these Arabs wouldn't have a chance to live in a Jewish state any longer.

Maybe Obama and Kerry are with him?..

Kerry Pressuring Netanyahu to Allow Limited Arab ‘Right of Return’

U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry is pressuring Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to agree to allow Palestinian-Arab “refugees” to move to Israel, Israeli daily Ma’ariv reported on Monday. According to the report, Netanyahu has thus far rejected Kerry’s latest overtures.

Continuing his shuttle diplomacy, Kerry arrived in Jerusalem yesterday and is expected to return yet again next week for further talks with Netanyahu and Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas. According to the Ma’ariv report, Kerry believes that if he can persuade Abbas to agree to recognize Israel as a Jewish state, then Netanyahu will show more flexibility regarding the refugee issue

The right of return is very simple to put in place. First the muslim has to shown a land deed or title for a particular part of the land. This has to be in their name and dated pre 1948. Then they will be allowed to take up their land after paying any taxes, levees or disbursements owing on the land. Only when all the criteria are met will the person named on the deed be allowed to take up the land, no family members not mentioned will be allowed to enter Israel

Do any of the Jews moving to Israel have land deeds that date before 1948?

What does the Bible say about Jewish land deeds in Israel?

It says that the whole Land of Israel belongs to the Jewish people. That's a deed. I'm Jewish but I watch the Christian channels sometimes, and they said that the fact of Israel belonging to the Jewish people is mentioned in the Bible more times than the promise of salvation.

Do any of the Americans have land deeds that predate the founding fathers.

But many Jews do have land deeds that predate 1948 and they are allowed under International Law to invite others to come and live on their land.

So to reiterate the Palestinian arab muslims don't have land title so cant claim right of return, whereas the Jews do have land title and can claim right of return.
How do you like them apples ?

Many people think that between the years 70 and 1948, there were no Jews in Israel. That's not true. There were important communities in Tiberias and Sefad, and the Kabbalah was founded during that time. There were also Jewish communities in East Jerusalem and Hebron, which the Arabs destroyed. And like Phoenall said, these Jews invited their brethren to come join them in Israel/Palestine.

Last time I checked, the Bible said nothing about a bunch of Ukrainians, Bellarussians and Poles pathetically pretending to be the descendants of an ancient semitic people whose genetic heritage is about as diluted as that of Sumerians and Babylonians in order to justify the supremacist state they've been imposing on the native population for the last 65 years.

LOL...

This has to be the mother of all rapes of History!!

The jewish community in Palestine strongly opposed european mass immigration if anything because it would antagonise the arab majority.

Yes, Jose, I believe your interpretation to be the correct one.

It has much to do with the castrated, neutered Dhimmi Jews being too afraid to speak up, so as not to antagonize their Muslim masters.

It's amazing what several centuries of bullying and servitude and third-class citizenship will do to a people - or what's left of them, in the case of Palestinian Jews.

After all those centuries, the long-standing Jewish families of Palestine were rather lame and tame by comparison with their far more manly and vigorous Russian Jewish and European Jewish brethren - who were far more willing to take chances and to fight for a home for themselves.

Asking an old-time Palestinian Jew about Jewish immigration from Europe would be rather like asking a hareem eunuch about condoms.

What are you talking about? There have not been Dhimmis in Palestine for hundreds of years.

So I guess you missed lots of history classes dealing with the Roman conquest of Israel?
