Why would the Palestinians in Gaza accept fuel from Israel after the storm when they claimed they wanted to be free from any acts by Israel & left to their own self determination?

Even with four months of fuel, Hamas is still running rolling blackouts purposely. Fuel for the power plant was paid for by the PA from funds donated by Qatar.
Diesel and cooking fuel was also delivered by Israel, and is being sold by Hamas.
Power outages from the gaza plant only effect a third of Gaza. The rest get their electric from Israel or Egypt.

I too want Israel to put an end to the occupation. Time long overdo for Israel to find some incentive to offer the surrounding Arab countries an incentive to grant the Palestinians a right of return back to their indigenous homelands. End the occupation & LET THERE BE PEACE ALREADY!
