I guess Italy should stop all Muslim immigration into their country for a while and attempt to keep an eye on all the young Muslim men and women who are living there now. Better to be safe than sorry. Hope the Italian Coast Guard is on their toes in case boatloads of young Muslims who are in sympathy with ISIS try to make it through.

(AGI) Rome, Feb 28 - A 64 page document aimed at recruiting aspiring Italian terrorists for the Islamic State (IS) was discovered online by WikiLao on Saturday, a few days after it apparently began circulating in jihadist forums. The propagandist text, written in flawless Italian and titled "Lo Stato islamico, una realta' che ti vorrebbe comunicare" (The Islamic State, an entity that wants to reach out to you), was signed by "Your brother in Allah, Mehdi". "I decided to write this text to try to briefly present an entity that is widely talked about: the Islamic State, which everyone knows through the media of the accusers and not through the media of the accused," the pamphlet's author begins.

Or they could declare the Constitution and natural laws given by God to be included and
required in Islam in order to check against abuses.
Along with confirming allegiance to free exercise of religion and equal protections of
Jewish, Christians, Buddhists, etc. as equally "sent by God" and thus to be recognized within Muslim faith.

the main issue is agreeing to civilians laws and due process,
and denouncing any unlawful belief in taking justice into one's own hands.

Islam should not be taught or practiced out of context, ie without the
rest of the Biblical scriptures including especially respect for civil authority.

Not just Islam, but followers and organization of ANY collective group (religious political or otherwise)
should be held to similar standards of due process and equal protection of individuals
that the govt is held to by Constitutional laws and amendments.

It's already happening in Western nations, Moha-MAD. They're are't issuing that many visas to people from Muslim countries. No Muslims = no barbarism, hate, and terror.

You can't change Islam, but you can pass laws that protect your citizens from this evil cult. Italy no longer recognizes Islam as an official religion with tax exempt status, due to its barbarism and persecution of women. Austria passed a law that bans all mosques from receiving foreign money. These are just baby steps towards the inevitable.
