I had a habit of pulling muscles in my abdomen when playing football back in the day so much so that in the Autumn of 2013 when the same pain occurred I thought I must have pulled muscles doing something else. I hadn't it was cancer that was spreading from the bowel to my liver.
That is why we have doctors and specialists to determine the exact causes of diseases with similar symptoms.
Are you really so dumb you can't grasp that?
I find it quite mind-boggling that you still insist that Covid was a hoax they all died from flu.
so why then has there been such an excessive amount of deaths way above the national average.
Normally flu kills anywhere between 12,000 and 60,000 per annum in the US, not way above 500,000.
The last time I checked the US figures had not been fully assessed for the year but I have the figures for the UK. The death rate for the UK for the year 2020 March to March 2021 was over 600,000 deaths.
The average is around 450,000. So why was 2020 such an exceptionally bad year? In fact the only comparable year 1918 and we all know what happened that year. It was not only the last year of WWl but also the year the UK was struck by the so-called Spanish Flu pandemic. 2020's deaths excess of over 600,000. Experts agree was under-reported. Of course, if you take the annual average of 450,000 and add the reported 127,000 Covid deaths you get 577,000 deaths leaving over 23,000 deaths un-explained.
People like my brother's pub quiz team captain who took his wife on a Caribean cruise. 57 years of age, No underlying illnesses, Didn't smoke or drink heavily, and was very fit still playing football at that age.
Of course, there was no Corona in the Caribean but there was on the cruise ship like so many others at the time. After arriving home he felt unwell and for two weeks continued to deteriorate until taken to hospital with all the Corona symptoms and died within days. He was never tested for Corona so it didn't go down on his death certificate. His wife however was tested and found to be positive but was otherwise pretty unaffected by the disease. Just one example of what happened at the start of the pandemic with tens of thousands dying without having been tested and though treated for Corona not recorded as Covid deaths.
You really are a case no doubt thought at the start the Flu lie would hold, deaths being low to start with but now when there can be no denying that such a huge number of excess deaths in many countries points to only one conclusion that something extraordinary happened in 2020. The Covid 19 pandemic is what history will record as the reason. Only a complete fool or liar would deny it.

The latest CDC numbers I found put the number of deaths from covid at 580,000. In a population of 331,000,000, that is a death rate of 1.75%. Less than 2 in 100. Not bad, unless you are the 2. The CDC also says the US has had 32,700,000 cases. That is a lot of suffering and long-term issues for many.

I guess more deaths and suffering would have been worthwhile if they kept Trump's economy looking good. I see how you value human life.
