My son-in-law has to visit properties and ensure that everything works and is up to code before having his bosses sign the check.

I know full well you have never had to inspect a commercial property to ensure that it's up to contracted specification.

The fact that I have no debt, and Trump is in debt up to his eyeballs, certainly warrants a comparison. And since his debt is backed by highly volatile commercial real estate, it makes it that much more subject to huge writedowns.
