The judicial branch might be able to reason its "unconstitutionality," but that did not happen. You can put together a fully developed critique and hire a lawyer to put it into a lawsuit against the government for making such a mistake that has clearly misguided the American culture leading to this fucked-up society that we endure.

The bigger problem is why did the system go through such a drastic correction, and was it a correction?The 18 Amendment was repealed by the 21 Amendment.
