Is the Democratic Party waking up?

Even a thread like THIS can get the Trumpsters all pissy and defensive.

The Republican Party needs many more like Trump when it comes to the "talk"! Then they will be just like the Progs. It seems to me they are the ones who have gotten defensive. Why? Because no one ever talked back to them in the same manner they have demeaned and destroyed people for decades.
Many are fine with the rhetoric just getting nastier. I don't think it's a coincidence that the divisions are getting deeper at the same time.

But I also know that many are fine with that, too.
.

There was a time when the democrats were nice? What the heck? The only difference is that Trump doesn't play dead and take it. Sorry that 'concerns' you. You can blame Trump for your party going nuts, I don't care. If Trump fighting back is what caused them to go bonkers, then fine. The media is still stunned that fake accusers and coordinated attacks haven't gotten rid of him like everyone else.

Lol mac voted for H Clinton. Apparently decency and "moderation" is huge corruption, waging war against countries for no fucking reason and masturbating to the death of innocent civilians. And calling half the american voting block deplorable.
What a moron.
Nice Trumpian response there.

Cool.
.

You kind of earned it by pretending to be on some moral high road. Republicans have put up with the attacks for decades, you just can't handle getting hit back. It disturbs your 'decency'. lol

Since the day Trump was elected, I've been concerned he'd be so over-the-top that the Democratic Party's response would be over-the-top, too. Sure enough, that's what we've seen. And, predictably, ugly politics now pollute damn near every part of our society.

But I've also been hoping that just enough sanity would remain in the party that it would be able to see some boundaries. Maybe that's happening now, too: Centrist Democrats rethink alliances as Biden crumbles

This madness has spawned the rise of nutters like AOC, Talib & Omar, not to mention this largely whacko crop of "presidential candidates", especially Bernie and Warren. Maybe the more pragmatic elements of the party still have enough influence to stop the freakin' madness.

Here's hoping.

From the linked piece:
“If Bernie ends up being one of these frontrunners, he’ll have to moderate. I’m not going socialist. Never been a socialist,” Sen. Joe Manchin (D-W.Va.) said. “If he doesn’t change, I’ve got a dilemma there. We’ll see. But we’re talking about hypotheticals. I think there’s going to be a lot happening between now and then.”

The soul-searching within the establishment wing of the Democratic Party comes after Sanders solidified his frontrunner status in Iowa and New Hampshire, which produced a pair of cringeworthy finishes for Biden. The former vice president did so poorly in New Hampshire that he ditched his own election night watch party to head to South Carolina, possibly giving an opening to Bloomberg, who skipped the first four contests.

“I’m feeling a momentum shift to Bloomberg right now,” said Rep. Lou Correa (D-Calif.), who endorsed Biden in the summer and plans to stick with him.

One of the most glaring examples of the change in tide on Capitol Hill is a trio of Bloomberg endorsements from the Congressional Black Caucus on Wednesday — a not-so-subtle show of force against Biden, who remains the favored candidate among black voters nationally.

.
It will be interesting to see how things go with the Democrats moving forward the demographics of Iowa and New Hampshire favored Bernie. The states coming up have more diverse populations that was a weakness for Sanders in 2016 it could be again Mayor Pete has also had issue in this area the person to watch could be Klobuchar especially if Biden continues to crash and burn.

It's gonna be pretty interesting, no doubt. Bernie's supporters are convinced that he would beat Trump, but it looks like the party is freaking out about him. There's plenty about Bloomberg to turn much of the party off, but the establishment thinks he's a better bet. Mayor Pete is complicating everything, but there's a large part of the party who thinks he's a phony.

Three totally different guys there.

When push comes to shove I’m not sure how many would actually cast that vote for Bernie Bloomberg is finding out buying a ton of ads won’t change the fact he has had a lot of positions many in the party won’t be inline with I gotta give Pete credit for doing as well as he has so far but a lot of people are still skeptical about him.

Let's Review.

In order to beat Trump who promotes Patriotism, America First, Freedom, Upward Mobility, Deregulation...

The Democrats fielded The Following.

A Radical Socialist Effeminate Homosexual who wants to take your guns, who wants to implement The Green New Deal, who wants to Bankrupt America by increasing Government Debt by 500% and give money to Couch Potatoes.

A Radical Millionaire Communist who Got Rich off of Big Government who wants to expand the size of Government by 500% so he can build Gulags, and Guillotines, and confiscate the wealth of this country, take all of your weapons and throw everyone in work camps.

A Radical Dirty Billionaire who was recruited to help The Broke Ass Dems to circumvent Campaign Finance. Who Hates Black People, Who Wants To Increase Government Spending by 500% so that we can embrace The Green New Scam, and continue killing Babies.

A washed up Senile Stuttering Deep State VP who enriched him and his family through graft, bribery and extortion, who does not know what state he is in.

NO they aren't waking up to anything.

They are going even further to the Left and are MORE BLIND THAN EVER.

Yeah, each of them have some pretty gaping holes. All the party can do is hope that the anti-Trump sentiment is strong enough to get the people to the polls.

Which is entirely possible.

The point is that (a) there are Democrats who are warning that the party has gone too far, and (b) there are many in party who are apparently warming to Bloomberg as a way to avoid Bernie.

Neither party is a complete monolith, even though both may seem like it at times.

I'm not a dem but I am a never Trumper, and I'd probably vote for a Knight Templar roasting a baby if that was the option to Trump (-:

But I thought Biden was a fake candidate the minute I heard of what Hunter was up to, and that was before Trump went amuck in Ukraine. Biden ran as the "anti-Trump whose heart was pure."

I thought months ago that only Bloomberg posed any threat to Trump. The general election is really in: NV AZ FL NC MN WI MI PA NH MAine. Bernies lack of any cred with blacks isn't going to hurt him in the South if he's the nominee. But I just don't see how Bernie gets those dem suburban voters who stayed home for Hillary. Not with his Medicare for All plan.

But Bloomberg is gonna have to explain to blacks in Mil, Michigan and PA why he ordered his cops to stop and frisk blacks a million times even when everyone knew the % of times they actually found firearms was less than 1%.
If you don't like Trump then why haven't you moved your retirement funds in to savings bonds?
Why? The Fed is back to pouring money into markets and the socialist government is spending like there's no tomorrow.

Plus bond yields have crashed. The stock market has been the only place to be with all this socialism going on..

Explain to all of us how your little life is worse now than it was in 2016.

Specifics please.

Dumbocrat Coping Mechanism
Wait, are you suggesting blacks have their own homes somewhere in America?

Cause every black history program I see every year during black history month all strongly suggest that they are all treated horribly and still have no rights here.
