Witness Zachariah Hill-Smith told KSTP-TV, “He sped up and went like 80 miles an hour and he smacked the car so hard it flipped. And the guy jumped out and started running and everybody chased him and grabbed him. Kraus had been convicted of DWI five times and had a warrant out for his arrest for violating probation. Kraus is being held at Hennepin County Jail without bail."



So is this guy a hero or a villain?? Seeing as tho it is a popular thing to believe you can run people over if you claim you were afraid; why shouldn't this guy be given that same benefit??

As you can see from the video -- it looks like a bunch of thugs grabbed this guy out of his car and physically attacked him..they didn't offer him first aid and check to see if he was ok.....well he got out the car on his own and ran...but he was running for his own safety.....so isn't that a reasonable explanation for why this guy plowed his SUV into the crowd?? -- and why didn't any of these darkies go to jail for attacking him...that is assault is it not??
