According to this article, not just DuckGoGo protects from this. I’m using Firefox and this web address - https://www.quora.com/Is-it-true-th...s-DuckDuckGo-fix-that/answer/Gabriel-Weinberg – says my ISP cannot see the specific page I’m viewing.

Going back over the sites I’ve accessed today, all have the https in the url. I guess Firefox has the same protection protocols.

This plug for DuckGoGo is shown above.

You can assume every page you visit, every search you make, and every email you write, is Not secure. Some passwords entry sites for Banking etc are pretty secure though.

Nothing is fully blockable anymore. Your browser has no ability to block request that you make to another server, sure they tell you that no one can see you but that's bs. The last secure system was WIn XP with Microsofts browser, Microsoft used to scramble the code and put in dead end backdoors with smiley faces for the NSA to find. Then the government tried to crush the company and would have if they did not give up all future Win codes. If firefox blocked the NSA their servers would be down in 5 minutes.

Just assume that everything you send and receive is known, this is what Snowden taught some people that I already knew

The NSA has everyones banking info too, for terrorist payment tracking, so they say

Surveillance has destroyed people. Those who administer it are no better then the worse despots. Those who have access and watch and abuse others are criminal and should be treated as such. Alas, that is not happening. The law/corrections/judicial fiefdoms and deep state/political fiefdoms are the real terrorists. They are turning out nation into a paranoia authoritarian security state. And they did it. Doing things in public was freedom at one time. Not anymore.

They are absolutely spying on everything you're doing, especially if you use Firefox or Chrome, OR if you're using their router. I suggest using a VPN, and switching browsers to one that doesn't suck, found here; The Pale Moon Project homepage

Now, since HTTP is completely and utterly outdated, and ancient as Hell(Both of which actually applied as early as the 70s), it's really difficult to actually be secure, however peer to peer alternatives are being produced.

Aint no such thing as a Virtual Private Network that has access to the internet

Don't worry. Just about everybody watches latex midget porn these days, so when they find out, they won't even give it a second thought.

Yes, it's true...

... and they think it's hilarious.
Not in my country. The data gets collected but deleted after a few days. They don´t know where you were. The gov wanted them to store the data ("Vorratsdatenspeicherung") but the law didn´t make it through.

They delete it after 3 days right after it goes onto the permanent archival servers.

Nothing is deleted, there is also a new form of drive that uses DNA that would enable the entire history if the Earth to be saved on one small drive, though it is currently expensive to retrieve
