Why should Hunter not be charged for violating federal gun laws, while anyone else would be charged?

The problem with the gun charge is it relates to a question related to…..are you on drugs?

Given the widespread drug use in this country and the hundreds of millions of guns….it is unlikely Biden or anyone would be prosecuted

Do they have a charge of possession?

They will not be able to get a conviction on that charge
