some jerk who has no idea as to the use of imagery and symbolism
in Hebrew poetry. The "points" have nothing to do with the poetry
of Isaiah which clearly describes an idealized "MESSIAH KING OF ISRAEL" in very typical Hebrew poetic imagery ON THE VERY SAME
SUBJECT . It ain't jesus and it ain't the meccan reject of the bat cave. Isaiah is a poet on level with persons like Jeremiah and Amos----who

Let's summarize the points mentioned above:

1. Genesis 25:12-18 simply lists the genealogy of Ishmael and names Kedar as one of his sons. It says nothing about a prophet in relation to Ishmael or his sons.

2. Ezekiel 27:21 simply lists Kedar as one of the many merchants whom the city of Tyrus (Tyre of Syria) did business with. Tyrus was being prophesied to be destroyed. The verse has nothing to do with a Prophet of Kedar.

3. The place Sela is only mentioned in one verse in the entire Bible. It is Isaiah 16:1. This chapter is about the condemnation of Moab. Verse 5 tells of The Messiah who will sit on David’s throne, seeking justice and hastening righteousness. The one verse speaks of sending a lamb from Sela as tribute to ruler of the land of the daughters of Zion.

4. Not referencing a verse. Cannot comment on this one.

5. The story in Matthew 15 teaches clearly that he came unto the house of Israel but because of the faith of the Canaanite woman, Jesus had mercy on her and healed her daughter.

6. Isaiah 42 is speaking of the Lord Jesus Christ. He is the great I AM. It is he who destroys Tyrus and Moab for their wickedness. It will be He who cleanses the earth of the wicked at his second coming.

The message of the Lord Jesus Christ's gospel is sent to all that are in the world. Eventually every knee will bow and every tongue will confess that Jesus is the Christ.

10 But why dost thou judge thy brother? or why dost thou set at nought thy brother? for we shall all stand before the judgment seat of Christ.

So you ask, who is the man? The man of Matthew 15 is clearly Jesus Christ. Verse 14 of Romans 14 is clear that the man is Jesus Christ. We have gone over the parallels of Isaiah 42 in a previous post and how they relate to Jesus Christ. Jesus is the Messiah. Jesus is the LORD. Jesus is the son of God. Jesus is the great I AM.

Here are some observations on the texts above:

1- The Justice brought to the nations, the complete System of GOD Almighty's Laws on earth, the Truthfulness of Prophet Muhammad all point to these ayat:

"Allah commands justice, the doing Of good, and liberality to kith And kin, and He forbids All shameful deeds, and injustice And rebellion: He instructs you, That ye may receive admonition. (The Noble Quran, 16:90)"
"O ye who believe! Stand out firmly For justice, as witnesses To Allah, even as against Yourselves, or your parents, Or your kin, and whether It be (against) rich or poor: For Allah can best protect both. Follow not the lusts (Of your hearts), lest ye Swerve, and if ye Distort (justice) or decline To do justice, verily Allah is well-acquainted With all that ye do. (The Noble Quran, 4:135)"​

3- The Gentiles are the non-Jews. These verses clearly suggest that the coming Prophet will be among the Gentiles. The Classic Arabic term 'Ummi'=unlettered in the hadith above, refers to a gentile or someone who is not familiar with the Law of Prophet Moses.

7- The place being spoken of is actually the city of Madinah because ‘Sela’ is the name of a famous mountain in Madinah. Madinah was the city of Prophet Muhammad (pbuh):

Here are some observations on the texts above:

1- The Justice brought to the nations, the complete System of GOD Almighty's Laws on earth, the Truthfulness of Prophet Muhammad all point to these ayat:

"Allah commands justice, the doing Of good, and liberality to kith And kin, and He forbids All shameful deeds, and injustice And rebellion: He instructs you, That ye may receive admonition. (The Noble Quran, 16:90)"
"O ye who believe! Stand out firmly For justice, as witnesses To Allah, even as against Yourselves, or your parents, Or your kin, and whether It be (against) rich or poor: For Allah can best protect both. Follow not the lusts (Of your hearts), lest ye Swerve, and if ye Distort (justice) or decline To do justice, verily Allah is well-acquainted With all that ye do. (The Noble Quran, 4:135)"​

3- The Gentiles are the non-Jews. These verses clearly suggest that the coming Prophet will be among the Gentiles. The Classic Arabic term 'Ummi'=unlettered in the hadith above, refers to a gentile or someone who is not familiar with the Law of Prophet Moses.

The "settlements where Kedar lives" is referring to the Arabs.

7- The place being spoken of is actually the city of Madinah because ‘Sela’ is the name of a famous mountain in Madinah. Madinah was the city of Prophet Muhammad (pbuh):

I am an exmuslim. I recently left Islam a few weeks ago. Honestly I use to believe all this nonsense. The Torah, Bible and Quran are fiction trilogies. They are no different from the Greek myths and Norse myths.

The Torah being part 1 and the writers of the Bible continued on and the writers of the Quran completing the trilogy.

If you are believer then yes this could have been seen as a prophecy. That’s assuming the Bible is true.
