is anyone on this board personally feeling the pinch of this crisis?

personally I'm not.

I don't own a home because I can't afford a mortgage. I don't have investment stock and I bank with a local bank not a national chain.

I also don't have credit cards and pay for everything with cash.

This whole crisis seems overblown to me...

how about anyone else?

To be honest, not at all. Though, that would probably make sense, considering I don't live in the US and don't have any money in the US either. I'll let you guys know when it spreads .
