Is a one world government system the answer for solving the worlds economic, and
hunger crisis.?

There will eventually be only one race of humans on the planet.

None of us will be around to see it, but it is evolutionary.

No but neither is paying farmers not to farm. There is no reason for any country to have a hunger crisis other than they have assholes dictating bad policies. Bankers and ruthless men have caused as much damage in the world hunger problems as any. Greed will not be stomped out easily or willingly.

Absolutely. although with limitations. united we stand divided we fall. Cliche, yes, but the only reason it became a saying is because it's true.
although yes, many countries countries benefit from minimal hunger and poverty, but there are always those that have a huge amount of poverty and starvation. Never will there be a time where all countries will not have these problems. some will be better off and some will be worse.
Though usually times of great unity happen only in times of great threat. Good example is world war 2, the last time the United States truely supported a war. it would be similar to that of world governments, although that would only be applicable when the world as a whole acts on matters outside of our world i.e. colinization and such. Which is a long way off.
So yes, i would say world government is the answer, just not feasible
