"Iran marked the 40th anniversary of the seizure of the U.S. Embassy in Tehran on Monday with an announcement that the country is now in specific violation of the 2015 nuclear agreement signed by the U.S. and several European nations.

Iran's nuclear chief, Ali Akbar Salehi, said Monday that the country is now operating 60 IR-6 centrifuges, which enrich uranium at a faster rate than other types of centrifuges operated by the country."

Unlike what Democrats / snowflakes would like for everyone to believe, President Trump did not END / TERMINATE the pact / treaty Obama negotiated with Iran - he pulled the United States out of the treaty which was ratified by the United Nations...meaning the treaty still exists.

Proving Iran NEVER intended to adhere to the bogus / illegal TREATY Obama negotiated on behalf of 'the world', Iran has just announced that in 1 year - on top of the other violations it has perpetrated, to include ones identified they began perpetrating before the final treaty was even signed - that it is now operating 60 centrifuges instead of the agreed upon 30....Iran just gave the world the proverbial finger by arrogantly openly declaring it is violating the EXISTING treaty.

(Snowflakes need to stop and think for a second - Iran didn't JUST flip a switch yesterday and turn on 30 new Centrifuges. This has been going on for a long while, probably before we even pulled out of the treaty.)

Is this the agreement that Trump already pulled out of?

If the US isn’t going to abide by the agreement, why should the Iranians?

Seriously?!

Ummm....Iran was / is the one still building the nukes. If non-compliance by Iran occurred the US could pull out and impose sanctions. DURING Obama's illegal TREATY negotiations it was reported Iran had already violated the temp agreements in-place before the entire treaty was agreed upon.

Any 1 nation could pull out of the treaty, which still existed between Iran and the rest of the U.N......

They were continuing even under the deal.

Without the US, the UN is powerless.

Iran got into the deal to end sanctions. Trump has re-imposed sanctions that other countries must enforce or they will be sanctioned too. He basically trashed the deal and forced Iran to enrich uranium as that is their only real leverage.

They violated the deal the whole time Obama was in office, and they just now announce that they're violating it more?

:laughing0301:

Barak Obama violated the Constitution by negotiating his own personal treaty with Iran. After he and Iran signed it he raced to the U.N.to have it ratified before allowing the US Govt / politicians ever got a chance to read it.

While Obama negotiated this illegal treaty:
- Iran's military publicly practice bombing mock US aircraft carriers
- Iran's top general mocked Obama, claiming he would do anything to get his 'Legacy' treaty
- Iran's leader led chants of 'Death To America'

...and, proving Iran's top general was right, Obama remained at the table, negotiating from a position of WEAKNESS.

Proving this to be the case:
- Even when it was publicly reported Iran had already begun violating the Temp agreements put in place, Obama remained at the table - no reaction to Iran's already violating the deal being negotiated.

- Obama refused to make releasing US hostages being held by Iran part of the treaty. One of his negotiators confirmed that release of US hostages was not demanded because Obama was afraid Iran would walk away from the table. (Instead, Obama later paid a heft ransom for the release of US hostages...on top of the BILLIONS Barry immediately released / gave to Iran)

It was also re[ported at the time that the US ignored / refused to stop a Hezbollah drug operation for fear of Iran walking away from Barry's 'Legacy' Treaty'

Obama held all the leverage. The existing sanctions were crippling Iran; yet, Iran played Barry like some desperate 3rd World bit player, making him ND THE us LOOK WEAK.

Walking away from this illegal treaty was NOT the wrong thing to do. NOT walking away when it was discovered Iran was already breaking agreements, NOT walking away when Iran continued to mock the US and proclaim Obama was weak and desperate during negotiations, NOT demanding the release of US hostages be part of the deal was the wrong thing.

The ILLEGAL thing was Barry negotiating an Un-Constitutional treaty and running to the UN to get it ratified before Congress could even read it!

:laughing0301:
.....shades of Bill Clinton giving North Korea a nuclear reactor and nuclear material to ensure north Korea did not acquire nukes.....how did that work out? :p

Fantasy. There was nothing illegal or unconstitutional about what Obama did. Every president negotiates treaties and THEN sends them to Congress. That is how the US works.

As I recall, Iran was enriching uranium and walking the path to the bomb. The treaty stopped that and now they are again enriching uranium and threatening their neighbors.

Great....another product of 'Common Core' and 'Obama Worship' / 'Liberal Indoctrination'.

Please have someone explain to you the 3 Branches of Government, the existence of 'The Separation of Powers', and the specific powers the Constitution clearly authorizes / defines each of those 3 branches as having.

The PRESIDENT does not have the power to negotiate and ratify TREATIES, which is what Barry did. after NEGOTIATING HIS 'Legacy' Treaty he ran to the UN to have it ratified by 'the world' before Congress ever got a chance to look at it / read it and vote on it.

THAT is Un-Constitutional, snowflake.

It was not a treaty, it was an Executive Agreement. The same thing that Trump’s trade deal with Japan is.
No congressional approval needed, do try and keep up.

REALLY? You are going to try to defend Obama's Constitutional Violation by arguing 'Semantics'?

Bwuhahahahahahaha :lmao:

According to the United Nations - who ratified Obama's illegal / Un-Constitutional Treaty without the US Congress having the opportunity to even read it let alone vote on it - Obama's 'agreement' was / IS a 'TREATY':

"It is a treaty. Article 2 (1)(a) of the VCLT says: “‘Treaty’ means an international agreement concluded between States in written form and governed by international law.”

You're right, though. The Obama Iran 'deal' was a NON-binding unilateral agreement between Iran and Barak Obama. In that 'deal' Obama did not speak for the US government or the people of the United States. THAT would have been a TREATY that required ratification by Congress.

The United States Constitution requires all treaties to be ratified by two-thirds of the United States Senate.

Another Unilateral Act? Obama-Iran Deal Would Need Senate Ratification

Another Trumpybear ally getting a leg up on the USA.

You guys got conned.

Putin Smiles.

Iran didn't violate the nuclear deal. Trump did.
