Hebron had a 3,000 year old Jewish community that was completely cleansed out in 1948. There were 30,000 Jews living in Judea and Samaria and E Jerusalem, all of whom were kicked out by Jordan.

Maybe in the entire mandate, but at the time of Israel's independence, there were only 350,000 Arabs living in what would become Israel and 175,000 of them became Israeli citizens.

There were 1.2 million locals living in BMP - and the Jews forced and murdered 850,000 Arab Palestinians out of their native lands.

Why would Israel make Arabs citizens if they wanted to drive Arabs out? Does that make sense to you? If so, you might have brain damage.

The vast majority of those Israeli Arabs were BEDOUIN'S and Palestinians living in the Jewish controlled areas prior to 1948 - who simply were not willing to give up their homes and lands. And are being treated as 2nd class citizens since then.

Doesn't matter because the UN had a partition plan that everyone except the Arabs accepted and agreed to. That meant the US, USSR, China, France, the UK and about 2/3 of UN member states were totally on board with Israel being created.
