iPhone X’s Face ID raises security and privacy questions

The new top-of-the-range iPhone does away with the home button and its built-in fingerprint reader in favor of a new biometric — called Face ID — which uses a 3D scan of the user’s face for authenticating and unlocking their device. It also replaces Touch ID for Apple Pay too.

And if anybody remembers the case of the cops wanting to access your phone , and they couldn't because of a pin number.
Now all a cop would have to do now is hold the phone to your face and bam they are in your phone. ...

Anything can and will be hacked, keep telling yourself it's safe and secure

Anyone paying $1000 for a stupid phone should have their face slapped.

Well you know why it can easily be done, it isn't paid out at one time, it's done over a 2 yr period so their phone bill only goes up thirty bucks or so.

Granny says, "Dat's right...

... what happens if sumbody looks like ya?

Dey say ever'body gots a twin.

Dey could open up yer phone...

... an' run uppa bill...

... makin' long distance phone calls."
