Well, what are your thoughts? The internet seems divided, they want more aliens and less character driven episodes. The next new episode (#5) is this Friday. I like getting to know the characters but I'm also ready to see some ET's!

Well, what are your thoughts? The internet seems divided, they want more aliens and less character driven episodes. The next new episode (#5) is this Friday. I like getting to know the characters but I'm also ready to see some ET's!

On one hand I am all for extensive character development and backstory exposition. However, on the other hand, this show is frustratingly poorly written. Each episode should at least advance the overall plot, which they do not, which is a show killer for me. The wife wants to watch one more episode. After that, and unless it gets a whole lot more exciting, I'm done with it.
