Cool. We reuse Lean Cuisine trays to make and freeze our own entrée versions, which we then take to work throughout the week.

Sandwiches? Maybe with meat & cheese and/or PBJ, but I wouldn't want to put any lettuce or greens in there. Yuck.

And if you think about it....it doesn't take 3 hours or so for a sandwich to thaw so she didn't really invent anything.
