Well, for what it’s worth, I only support the death penalty for the worst crimes and only when there is zero doubt of guilt.

I don’t oppose the death penalty for any reason of life in and of itself being sacred…and I would support it for the worst of tbe worst (like the most recent mass shooter). But the reality is, it doesn’t work like that. The crimes meriting death vary from state to state, and the inequities in the system mean poor and minorities disproportionately end up there. On top of that, innocent people end up there. So it isn’t just.

Sure. It is ok to kill an innocent person wrongly convicted. Makes sense.

It's extremely hard to get a death penalty conviction and it's reserved for the most heinous murderers. Very rare.
Abortion only ever kills the innocent, by the thousands every day.
