the magnetic poles are moving pretty fast. The northern one has left Canada. It is now in international waters. Within some of our life times, it should be in Siberia. When it hits the equator, earth’s magnetic field will be moving once around in 24 hours. Fun! Figure this one out. The belts will be nuts.

Some 700,000 years ago or about, our poles changes positions. The birds probably had some serious problems.

How, my friends, will this effect out planet’s climate? Please do not tell me the magnetic field of my dear Earth does not affect the surface.
