Of course they did. The Democrats are aghast that their lockdowns are crumbling. Time to stir up another question.

Scientists in Oregon have spotted a homegrown version of a fast-spreading variant of the coronavirus that first surfaced in Britain — but now it's combined with a mutation that may make the variant less susceptible to vaccines.

I see you're a half-minute thinker.

In the COVID-19’s Biological Politics thread, post #264 on 22 Jan 2021, we excerpted the Italian study on E484K. It has also been reported in Japan. OP’s report can mention E484K, which is scientifically acceptable, though the B.1.1.7. mutation is a collective of 17 mutations, none of which are mentioned in the report, just to keep the suspense going.

It is a terrifying mutation according the the OR epidemiologist. It targets only people with the "whack-job liberal gene" Portland residents have gone underground in their basements. LOL. THE SKY IS FALLING!

Still a 99.9% survivability rate. Pussies of the left just cant get that through their thick Neanderthal skull..

I find the timing of these announcements particularly amusing.

Plus, the source of the original variants is linked to the original virus, whose origin is known to the communist Chinese and not to 500,000 dead Americans.
