In his early activist days, Barack Obama the community organizer sued banks to ease their lending practices. Now his administration is suing banks for issuing risky mortgages.

Obama is the biggest two faced son of a bitch I have ever seen in my lifetime.

"In His Activist Days Obama Sued Banks to Ease Lending Practices… Now He’s Suing Banks "

Presumably to ease lending practices.

So the CRA amendments made by Clinton forced banks to make high risk loans and now the government is suing those banks for selling the debt?

Have these people gone mad?

This is typical progressive behavior...

They may as well say "we expected you to GIVE free homes to minorities and let them borrow against them."

Or "you're going to give him a loan, hes not going to pay you back and you're going to like it you rich motherfucker, oh and we're going to sue you 20 years later too rich motherfucker"

Does anyone realize how insane all this is???

Its like forcing someone to eat dog shit then beating him when he pukes it up...

I don't understand how any intelligent or knowledgeable person could vote for Obama... You'd have to be some sort of bearded Marxist sociopath to do so....

What are we going to do next charge US soldiers with murder for following orders and killing the enemy in combat???

Because that is a good analogy for what is going on here...

here you people are defending the banks who LIED to their investors ab out what they were buying.

Why should the banks be able to cheat people and get off scott free?

"There is no crisis at Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac" ........:eusa_whistle:

Dontha just love the irony?
Sued for not making enough cheap loans to people of low or no credit, then being sued for making cheap loans to people of low or no credit? Do you think John Edwards could find a sliver of double jeopardy in here? Oh, you say Mr Edwards is preparing for his own "Two America" search, the one behind the bars versus the one from in front of the bars?
Its almost as good as Eric Holder's DOJ prosecuting Gibson Guitars for being a Republican contributor in order to assist Gibson's competitor who contributes to the Democratic side. Did somebody ever mention anything about America being a nation under the rule of law? Or is this DOJ just simply lawless?

NY Governor Andrew Cuomo also piled on to the suing fest.
