In 1960 Nixon and Kennedy had a debate 3000 miles apart.

How is that for social distancing? If they could pull off a remote debate 60 years ago, they can certainly do that today if Biden is too scared to debate Donald Trump face-to-face. There is no excuse, Biden. You can hide but you still have to debate.

3. At one presidential debate, the candidates were separated by nearly 3,000 miles.
When Kennedy and Nixon appeared for their third debate of the 1960 campaign, they didn’t share the same time zone, let alone the same stage. Both men appeared behind podiums in similar-looking television studios, Kennedy in New York City and Nixon in Hollywood, California. The moderator and three panelists sat in a third television studio. The good news for the candidates: no awkward handshake or forced smiles necessary at the end of the encounter.

Scared of what, President Bone Spurs? You really don't keep up do you?
The first debate will take place in September.
The Commission on Presidential Debates will host three presidential debates and one vice-presidential debate later this year. As is tradition, the debates will almost certainly be held at universities.

The first presidential debate, when the incumbent President Trump will face off against Joe Biden, will be held on Tuesday, September 29 at the University of Notre Dame in Indiana. The second presidential debate was expected to take place at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor on Thursday, October 15, but in June, the institution withdrew from hosting the event due to health concerns amid the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.

Oh, I'm sorry. Did you want to talk about ancient history or fantasy, because one cannot be changed and the other does not matter, except to try to keep you spirits up?

So you figured you’d beat the fish and make up nonsense now?

I suspect that Biden will agree to only one face-to-face debate with Trump, preceded by one or two video debates where his advisors will hold up answer cards for him to read.

What about the three Joe already agreed to?
