Article II of the United States Constitution states in Section 4 that "The President, Vice President, and all civil Officers of the United States shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other High Crimes and Misdemeanors."

Usurping the powers of the president as the Federal District Court of Hawaii and the Federal District Court of Washington State have done can be seen as Judges overreaching the clear constitutional powers of the president. Usurping the powers of the president is considered a high crime against the United States.

It seems that the left likes to judge shop in an effort to get one who "feels" rather than one who follows the law. The Hawaii judge made a statement that the words Trump stated during the campaign make any executive order on security involving Muslims a religious test, but failed to look into the written order or the laws giving the president unfettered control in this area. These immigrating individuals ARE NOT US CITIZENS AND THUS HAVE NO CONSTITUTIONAL PROTECTIONS.

The judges made assumptions they have no legal authority to make. They gave non-US citizens constitutional protections, in violation of the US Constitution. Both of these federal judges need to have articles of impeachment for breach of the separations of powers and they need to be removed.

Its time to take off the gloves with the the Ninth Circus Court and take them to task on their judicial activism. Time to take out the trash..

The judicial activism is creating a Constitutional crisis of massive proportions.

IF this behavior is allowed to stand, then if a President makes a statement the left doesn't like, they could stop deployment of troops in defense of the nation because they file a law suit for some perceived slight that has no basis in reality.

This is a dangerously slippery slope which would hand the power of the presidency to the Judiciary. A clear violation of the separations of powers.

For example, this judge in Hawaii included in his disgraceful ruling the justification that Trump's ban would harm Hawaii's tourist industry. Managing the economy is outside the scope of a judge's office. Therefore his ruling included his individual preferences and was not made on the basis of his membership in the judiciary as an officer of the court. He therefore forfeits his judicial immunity. If a refugee from Yemen commits an attack, the victims would have legal standing to sue him for damages.

I hadn't yet gotten to this point... If a ruling is outside the scope of judicial authority, the judge can be held civilly or criminal liable. There are several remedies for this activism. And the moment a case is filed, with him as a defendant, his position as a judge is in peril of a finding of liability. He would then be removed by Judicial ethics process.
