• The child claimed Michel-Lara 'molested her many times' and 'raped her thousands of times' over the course of half a year
• Michel-Lara admitted to some incidents, claiming them as an accident because the girl moved 'around a lot' causing his fingers to 'slip into her vagina'
• The whereabouts of her parents or legal guardian during the time of the incidents are unknown at this time
• Michel-Lara was previously deported back to Mexico for an unrelated reason. Police believe he is living in Utah illegally
