No lie I just saw a report that predicts 2 FEET of rain in some parts of Texas.

Houston is of course a HUGE city and weatherundergound.com is predicting 14 inches there. That will be catastrophic. Some spots in the SE part of texas may get 35 inches. Damn illegals.
