Russia is a paper tiger.

Since the original construction of Russian land based nukes they have not upgraded or refurbished them. (Which is an expensive process running into the billions).

The USA spends 50 billion/yr on just maintaining its nukes....not the entire military budget which is a much larger number.
Russian military entire budget spending prior to 2020 was 50 billion dollars/yr and has more land based nukes than the USA. (Meaning they are not going to work.)

Now with Russia losing two Naval bases that remain thawed out year round....they are in real trouble.

I think the Ukrainians have killed plenty of Russians. What they will get in return for not killing more is that the Russians stop killing them.

Ukraine began 18 months ago is nearing 500,000, U.S. officials said, a staggering toll as

The officials cautioned that casualty figures remained difficult to estimate because Moscow
is believed to routinely undercount its war dead and injured, and Kyiv does not disclose
