That single parent is too busy to watch over and teach the children so it is passed on to the schools. The schools are too overcrowded and have to few teachers to do anything but teach half an education. They don't have the time nor the need to teach basic family traits.

So we end up with children that grow up with no understanding of proper bahavior. Nor how to handle personal feelings. So they loot and destroy property like unruly five year old then want their ideas and feelings to be respected.

Sadly the statistical norm for the American Black family for the last 40+ years has been a single mother or grandmother raising kids on their own. Black Mothers and Grandmothers have great courage but it's a near impossible task to keep their kids on the straight and narrow path.
