She effectively told the big bosses that they will be able to keep messing around - the government will fill the gaps with food stamps. Some call it socialism - I call it a social disaster. Food stamps are a measure applied in states that have an actual shortage and emergency situation - Venezuela and North Korea for example. US food stamps and Hillary´s food stamps in particular are measures to shift financial burdens and responsibilities from companies to the tax payers - and thus they also violate the dignity of the people in need.
