If Putin wants he could stop the war within one hour

Total lies. He was overthrown by a coup.
Then, after the fact, they tried to impeach him. The impeachment vote failed. Turns out he wasn’t as unpopular as the media said. Then they had a sham charge of “dereliction of duty” since he fled the county (in order to not be assassinated) and that passed with a simple majority vote. It was still unconstitutional.

After that sham, those eastern provinces refused to recognize the illegitimate puppet government. Those are the facts.
You had to reach pretty far up your ass to find that load of shit. There was no coup and there were no assassination attempts and no impeachment attempts.

As a result [of the widespread demonstrations], an agreement was signed on 21 February 2014 by Yanukovych and leaders of the parliamentary opposition that called for the creation of an interim unity government, constitutional reforms and early elections. Shortly after the agreement, Yanukovych and other government ministers fled the country.[90] Parliament then removed Yanukovych from office[91] and installed an interim government.[92] The Revolution of Dignity was soon followed by the Russian annexation of Crimea and pro-Russian unrest in Eastern Ukraine, eventually escalating into the Russo-Ukrainian War.

Yes there was a paramilitary group that tried to assassinate him.
Yes, there was an attempt to impeach him. They didn’t have the votes, so they had a vote charging he neglected his duties. A sham impeachment which was unconstitutional.

For whatever reason you are making up nonsense stories. There is no record of any assassination attempt or of any vote to impeach him. He signed an agreement with the parliament to have a unity government constitutional reforms and early elections and then left for Russia and asked Russia to invade Ukraine and appoint him President. It was only after that that he was removed from office.

Unfortunately, it does seem that Putin is dumb enough to escalate things to start WWIII. Which would mean the end of Russia as a superpower, as it would lose most of its territory.

Which was exactly the point those city council members from the Moscow and Sankt Peterburg city councils were making when they asked for Putin to be removed.
