One that advocates for observance of laws and orders.

Now back to my question to you. Let's say a state's constitution gives its governor the legal authority to order a curfew in case of an emergency. Would you (A) advocate people need to observe that order or (B) believe the people's 1st amendment right to assemble peaceably takes precedence?
