Let’s look at this “mountain“ of evidence of yours.

Ray Epps is on video encouraging people to peacefully go into the Capitol. Not a crime. I asked you to post the statute so you can see for yourself that the wording does not indicate that his actions were illegal. Instead, you chose not to post the statute that he’s guilty of committing. No baseless conspiracy theory is needed to explain this.

He was removed from the wanted list because he contacted the FBI immediately after he saw that he was on the list, and he answered their questions. Your assumption that he was taken off the wanted list because he’s with the agency is completely baseless. No baseless conspiracy theory is needed to explain this.

The obvious explanation for why they’re not going after him is because he didn’t do anything illegal. It’s simple. Your tinfoil hat nonsense isn’t needed to explain this one.

Epps didn't attack the police, he was working for the FBI. He was one of the main organizers of the breach. He oversaw the removal of the barricades and the signs, which caused the crowd to make the wrong turn onto the Capitol grounds. He was chatting up the Capitol Police while they were doing it. It's amazing.

He didn't need to enter the Capitol- his job was to make sure Trump supporters did.

That's why the FBI lost all interest in him once he was identified. He was on the "most wanted" list, then mysteriously disappeared.

Also it was not necessary to enter the Capitol to be arrested. The DOJ geolocated every phone, and arrested many people whose only offense was to be on the grounds.

It doesn't matter- no one will ever be held responsible in D.C.

You leftists should be careful what you wish for. There is no way this politicization of federal law enforcement ends well.
