Let me know when you finally find an ounce of proof that Epps was with the FBI.

There's a MOUNTAIN of evidence that you INSIST on ignoring that the Jan 6th committee and all of investigative resources ARE PURPOSELY IGNORING on Epps. You're stone stupid if you dont ACCEPT THAT EVIDENCE.

The argument that this covert crowd agitation is actually IN THE VIDEOS. Where Ray Epps encourages them to rush the Capitol and THEY start shouting "FED FED FED".

But the MAIN piece of evidence is that FBI WAS NOT informed early on about Epps "working the crowd" for another agency and that the FBI HAD TO REMOVE HIM from their J6 Wanted Poster days AFTER he appeared on it.

Mountain of OBVIOUS EVIDENCE and HE comes OFF the wanted poster?

Give me another explanation for why the WHOLE investigative effort is covering for ONE DUDE that was dilligently ENCOURAGING INSURRECTION and LEADING THE CROWD to the Capitol.

You can't BullWinkle. You're deeply into partisan denial here. It's a symptom of terminal TDS.

He came off their list because they had no evidence he either went into the Capitol or assaulted police.

Of course he assaulted police. He got the crowd to bury them under a barricade. And OTHERS were cited for MERELY CROSSING that barricade which Epps ALSO did.

He was actively LEADING an insurrection from 36 HOURS BEFORE the Capitol was breached!!!!. That would be a BONUS bust which no one wants to charge. I think you're TOO FAR gone with partisanship and TDS to recognize the MOUNTAIN of evidence AGAINST HIM -- compared to maybe 1/2 of the people held in the DC gulag for 20 months now ON LESSER charges.

Can't waste time on the slowly dying here.

Bullshit. He never got anyone in that crowd to attack the police.

You do not overthrow a government unarmed. Saying crap like that only confirms how stupid you are.

Doesn't mean they didn't try. They managed to chase Congress out of the Capitol and delay the certification of the election. That's why some of them who planned it are charged with seditious conspiracy. They had hoped Trump would have used that opportunity to declare martial law.

Let’s look at this “mountain“ of evidence of yours.

Ray Epps is on video encouraging people to peacefully go into the Capitol. Not a crime. I asked you to post the statute so you can see for yourself that the wording does not indicate that his actions were illegal. Instead, you chose not to post the statute that he’s guilty of committing. No baseless conspiracy theory is needed to explain this.

He was removed from the wanted list because he contacted the FBI immediately after he saw that he was on the list, and he answered their questions. Your assumption that he was taken off the wanted list because he’s with the agency is completely baseless. No baseless conspiracy theory is needed to explain this.

The obvious explanation for why they’re not going after him is because he didn’t do anything illegal. It’s simple. Your tinfoil hat nonsense isn’t needed to explain this one.

Epps didn't attack the police, he was working for the FBI. He was one of the main organizers of the breach. He oversaw the removal of the barricades and the signs, which caused the crowd to make the wrong turn onto the Capitol grounds. He was chatting up the Capitol Police while they were doing it. It's amazing.

He didn't need to enter the Capitol- his job was to make sure Trump supporters did.

That's why the FBI lost all interest in him once he was identified. He was on the "most wanted" list, then mysteriously disappeared.

Also it was not necessary to enter the Capitol to be arrested. The DOJ geolocated every phone, and arrested many people whose only offense was to be on the grounds.

It doesn't matter- no one will ever be held responsible in D.C.

You leftists should be careful what you wish for. There is no way this politicization of federal law enforcement ends well.
