The little fat rat is giving me many demands on days he wants off
He is Demanding half of October off lol
he also wants Thanksgiving. Christmas and New Years

My friends say fire the worm ..today !!
I say keep him around until end of September ..then find new employee ..then fire him.
Might as well coast another 7 weeks On Easy street

He is a 27 yr old “ qtr man”who thinks he can do whatever he wants
I will get the final laugh in 7-8 weeks
 
these millenniums are the end of America
He can do you a LOT of harm in that time.
he has no idea what I am going to do
He does a good job when he is here

Rather than planning on fire him, have you thought about having a conversation demonstrating you need for an employee working less time off or at least spaced out over time.? Explain that can't be done, so you can be honest about getting a new employee.

How hard will it be to find someone to replace him that has the necessary skills?
 
I offfered him a 10 percent pay raise on December 1st
He won’t be getting that or the bonus I told him during end of dec.

Takes 10 days to find them and only 14 days to train them
About 3 weeks
This is a franchise not a medical office lol

It's interesting you bring up the sexual preference and race. That never came into my head. Sure that doesn't make a difference?
I am sorry but gays are very difficult to deal with .
They’re not mentally well and tend to be unpredictable

as an Operations Manager why are you doing this, this should already be in your employee handbook even small business have this book for fairness in rules and employe management you cannot fire someone for not working holidays unless they are a prisoner in Jail and if you are tring to do this because you think you are the boss, you will get sued and fired
