I have frozen shoulder

And it hurts like hell. So....just a heads up that I might fuck up with typos now and then.

Anyway, I have no clue what I did to it, butalthough my fingers seem to be ok, Moving the mose around causes shooting pain, so....Typo Queen I Will Be for awhile, I presume.

Anyone ever get this? And if so..what did you do? I took an advil, rubbed some Arnicare on it and try to keep it close to my body. How the hell Imma gonna drive remains to be seen, but I gotta take a lady here to my pain management doc on thursday cuz she has no car and her sciatica is acting up really bad and her ibuprofen isn't doing diddly squat. Maybe I will have MrG help by driving if it isn't better by thrusday.
