No they won't.

That %0.5 percent represent the elderly and immunological-compromised. I doubt if any of them is over 25 or has a suppressed immune system. None of them will hardly notice they caught it and they certainly won't go to the hospital.

It's symptoms, in most healthy folks with good immune systems, are a persistent fever with a dry cough/unproductive cough. That is the major one. If any of them smoke, they would probably be more likely to find chronic bronchitis more uncomfortable if they all have healthy immune systems.

OTH, from what I have read, they will be excellent transmitters of this "plague."
