Isn't that what Trump is doing for the farmers? Their votes for him disappeared with their market that he destroyed, so he's taking huge amounts of our money and passing it out to them so they will vote for him. So far, he's passed out more than twice to the farmers than was passed out to the car companies. The difference being that the car companies paid it all back and we made a profit on the deal. The farmers aren't going to pay back a penny.
