What kind of image is is? Is it GIF or PNG? IF it is JPG, there is no transparency

It worked on my machine and when hosted on imageshack. Just not when I uploaded it to USMB.

Si I changed it to this one.

There's no transparency for JPEG files, so that could be the reason, if that's the file type.
