The border should be totally closed to all for health, national security, and humanitarian reasons. Closed border would deter smuggling and abuse of abandoned children by smugglers. The abuse of children by abandonment and by criminals will not end if we don’t close the border tightly to take away the incentive from mothers to rid themselves of children to the abuse by criminals in the criminal infested Mexico. Help Mexican government feed, house, protect and assimilate the migrants.
Furthermore the influx of illegal entry into America under this administration only shows that the completeion of the border wall is more imperative than ever before.
