You did no such thing. For 20 years, I was active duty Navy, and deployed to over 26 different countries. When we stopped in those places, a port representative would come onboard and tell us what was available for recreation, what the rules of the host country were, and we were also told that we had to follow their rules. I remember having to wear button down shirts, slacks and dress shoes whenever we went ashore in Saudi Arabia. And, the women had to follow some of the rules that women in that country were required to do.

If Biden was in that country, working for a business based in that country, he has to follow the rules of that country, because it's their country, and their rules.

And, sometimes, there can be idiots in the chain of command that ignore stuff like that as well. I remember on my last ship, we pulled into Thessaloniki Greece, and some of the ladies from the air wing were sunbathing topless on the beach. A LT from the air det saw them and sent them back to the ship, because he thought they were being indecent, even though all the beaches in the Med are top optional, and being naked from the waist up is not illegal over there, but it is here. Well, the girls got back on the ship, went to the CO and told him what happened, and the women were told they could go back out on liberty. The LT from the air det got his ass chewed by the CO however, because while it may have been illegal in the States, it was perfectly legal where we were at, and not only that, but the women were actually being smart by blending in with all the other topless women. Going native made it harder to ID them as American.

Sorry, but unless Biden brought back some business from over there to complete in the US that was against US laws, that is the only way that he could be prosecuted. But, if he was smart, he would keep all his dealings located in that country where it is legal.
